Information collected
If you make an enquiry, Devonate receives your name, reply address, any organisation you choose to provide, the content of your message and limited technical information needed to protect and operate the service.
Please do not include confidential client information, credentials, security-sensitive material, regulated data or special-category personal data in an initial enquiry.
Why it is used
Enquiry information is used to assess and respond to your request, protect the contact service from abuse and maintain a proportionate record of the resulting business conversation. It is not used for automated decision-making or advertising.
Where it goes
A submitted enquiry is sent through the owner-controlled hosting and email infrastructure configured for this website. Message content is not sent to analytics. Final processor details will be documented against the actual production configuration before launch.

Website language and cookie
On your first visit, the website chooses a language using your browser’s language preferences. If you select a language manually, the devonate-locale cookie remembers that choice for one year. It contains only the selected language (pl or en) and is used to remember your preference on later visits. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
