Who controls the information
Devonate Marcin Gierach, trading as Devonate, is the controller of information submitted through this website.
Information collected
If you make an enquiry, Devonate receives your name, reply address, any organisation you choose to provide, the content of your message and limited technical information needed to protect and operate the service.
Please do not include confidential client information, credentials, security-sensitive material, regulated data or special-category personal data in an initial enquiry.
Why it is used
Enquiry information is used to assess and respond to your request, protect the contact service from abuse and maintain a proportionate record of the resulting business conversation. It is not used for automated decision-making or advertising.
Where it goes
A submitted enquiry is sent through the owner-controlled hosting and email infrastructure configured for this website. Message content is not sent to analytics. Final processor details will be documented against the actual production configuration before launch.
How long it is kept
5 years
Website language and cookie
On your first visit, the website chooses a language using your browser’s language preferences. If you select a language manually, the devonate-locale cookie remembers that choice for one year. It contains only the selected language (pl or en) and is used to remember your preference on later visits. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
You can change your language using the website’s language switcher or delete the cookie in your browser settings. The website also works when your browser blocks cookies.
Bot protection
The contact form and controls that reveal protected contact details use Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode to limit automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical signals such as your IP address, browser and connection information, and the website origin. We do not send enquiry contents or the revealed contact details to the Turnstile verification service.
Visitor analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate visitor statistics, including page views, referral sources, approximate location, and browser and device type. The service does not use third-party cookies. We do not send contact form contents to it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights over your personal information, including access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
